Service Notice as of 03/07/2024:
Important Update: Limited Availability of our Casework appointments.
Legal Advice Clinics (LAC) are for one-off, initial legal advice only. Legal Advisers are volunteers and cannot provide follow-on advice or casework. Appointments are by telephone and last for 30 minutes. Areas of law covered are Discrimination, Employment, Family, Housing, Immigration, Personal Injury, Wills & Probate and General Law. Clinics can get booked up and often have waiting lists of between 1 to 2 months.
For information about other possible sources of help, please refer to this page on our website: Other Services – Suffolk Law Centre
Should you still wish to proceed with your enquiry, we encourage you to complete a booking form on the current page. Please be aware that we cannot acknowledge receipt of your booking form, but once we have received it, we will come back to you, including to send signposting information to assist you in finding alternative services, where applicable. Additionally, in the event of any last-minute cancellations, we will endeavour to contact you to offer the appointment slot. Please understand that due to the high demand and limited availability, we cannot guarantee these openings.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may cause and genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. Thank you for considering our services, and we hope to assist you in the future, should opportunities arise.
Warm regards,
Suffolk Law Centre
