Our services are free, independent and confidential.
These are the services we currently provide to Suffolk residents.
Some of our services are also available to people living in other parts of East Anglia: please click the link for the area of law you need help with for more details about what we do.
For all our services you will need to complete a short enquiry form before we can offer you an appointment. You will find a link to the appropriate enquiry form next to each legal area. Some forms may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand. Please check the individual service pages linked below for more information.
Legal Advice Clinics (LAC) are for one-off, initial legal advice only. Legal Advisers are volunteers and cannot provide follow-on advice or casework. Appointments are by telephone and last for 30 minutes. Areas of law covered are Discrimination, Employment, Family, Housing, Immigration, Personal Injury, Wills & Probate and General Law. Clinics can get booked up and often have waiting lists of between 1 to 2 months.
You can also call us: 01473 526711 or email: [email protected] to request a link to the appropriate enquiry form, or a paper copy if needed.
Or, you can come to our office to collect a paper copy of our enquiry forms. Our reception is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (we are closed between 1-2pm for lunch).
