Wills & Probate Law

How can we help?

Legal Advice Clinic (LAC)

We provide one-off appointments via telephone for initial legal advice on Wills & Probate Law queries. Appointments last for 30 minutes, and these clinics can often get booked up and often have waiting lists of between 1 to 2 months.

What we cannot provide:

Our Legal Advisers are volunteers and cannot provide follow-on advice or casework.

If the services we provide do not cover your particular circumstance, please see the following page where we list other organisations who may be able to help you: Other Services
